First open Notepad and copy and paste
     Dim message, sapi
      message=InputBox("What do you want me to say?","THATUWANTS")
     Set sapi=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
     sapi.Speak message
Now save the notepad file as talk.vbs
and type select all files
DONE!!
open it
